The building contractor you choose for your new home may be one of the most important decisions you will make. My goal is to provide you with the best quality home that you can afford, a home that will last and one that will meet your expectations.

No one wants surprises - neither you nor the builder. That’s why our contract includes a comprehensive list of materials for every step of the building process. Allowances are provided for the kitchen, laundry, bath, lighting and flooring.

The contract for the cost of your home is based on realistic construction costs and the list of materials that we agree upon. Many contractors provide quick estimates based on the square footage of a house plan, then discover in the building process, that costs may be much higher than originally quoted. I take pride in creating a realistic estimate that you can take to the bank.
