The Foundation

After footers are installed, a network of reinforcing rods are encased by poured cellar walls.

Insulation

Drafts are eliminated with foam insulation placed
around plumbing and electrical exits. Foam board, fiberglass batts and spray foam insulation are combined for maximum insulation value.

Moisture/Wind Barrier

Tyvek® barrier is wrapped around window framing.

Tyvek® is a registred trademark of DuPont.

Garage Floor

Crushed stone is compacted to insure a stable and even bed for the poured concrete floor.
